The site has tips, recipes, videos, and well written blogs as well as books and DVD's that will help you put an exciting meal on the table the next time it's your turn to host a dinner. Or, even just something to keep the kids from tossing food at each other during family meals. So, go and see what food can really be. Go on.
My thoughts on all things bad for your liver, including wine, beer, spirits and food. There will be the odd political post with a food or drink slant. The name of the blog comes from my days working in a hospital where they announced Intern Parties with "liver and electrolyte rounds will begin at..."
